Dr Michael Lange’s Cashew Berry Blast Smoothie

Dr Michael Lange created this smoothie to enhance digestion and be an amazing source of antioxidants and protein. This is a delicious smoothie that can be used as a pre workout , in between meals or as a meal replacement smoothie. Cashew milk is one of the only non dairy nut milks Dr Lange allows in his smoothies since the PUFA content is relatively low and has a good ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 ratio unlike most nut milks. Goat milk yogurt is used since goat milk has a non genetically mutated A2 beta casein protein that is very good for you unlike the a1 beta casein in most dairy. Recipe: 1 cup of cashew milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup organic blueberries, 1/2 cup organic strawberries, 1/8 tsp of cinnamon , I goat yogurt plain vanilla , 1 scoop Fortifeye Grass Fed Whey Isolate and then blend for ten seconds. Drink to your health.
